Yellowstone Lily Pads

"Anything in any way beautiful derives its beauty from itself and asks nothing beyond itself. Praise is no part of it, for nothing is made worse or better by praise."   Marcus Aurelius

And beauty is many times to be found in the most ordinary places. To be sure there is nothing ordinary about Yellowstone National Park. However, I doubt the Twin Lakes rate that high in comparison to other places in this majestic park. Yet, that is where I found these lily pads that made this exquisite "painting".

PS: this is not the by-product of Photoshop or any other major manipulation program.
